We are particular about meeting your expectations with our products. If any product purchased from thelazysusanrevolution.com isn’t satisfactory, you may return them with the packing slip within thirty (30) days of purchase. Returned products must be in their new and unused condition with the original packaging. Any product that has been misused or that shows any signs of extensive use cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process the refund or exchange for acceptable returns.
Please allow at least two weeks from the acceptance of your return item to process your exchange. This time frame is to account for the time it takes to receive your return item (3 to 7 business days) and for a new item to be shipped to you (3 to 7 business days).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of returning your package through the return shipper. (In many cases you will receive your refund sooner). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- damaged by the customer
